We went home and scoured our mothers’, aunts’ and neighbours’ memories for what would make a good Bulgarian food staple to introduce to you. We are happy to announce that this month’s featured delicacy is … drum roll … the Bulgarian banitsa – a coil of traditional cheese and yogurt pastry. We’ve Got A New Home
Our new home for 2018 is one of the most eclectic event spaces in Melbourne. Loop Performance Space and Bar is nested in an iconic graffiti clad laneway, at 23 Meyers Place, Melbourne, a two minute walk from Parliament Train Station, in between Bourke Street and Little Collins Street.
