We are happy to announce that this month&#8217;s featured delicacy is &#8230; drum roll &#8230; the Bulgarian <em>banitsa<\/em> &#8211;\u00a0 a coil of traditional cheese and yogurt pastry.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>banitsa<\/em> you can taste at our next screening on 19 May will be prepared with love by <a href=\"http:\/\/larscaterers.com\/\">Lars Caterers<\/a> (who have been so very supportive of our experimentation); they are making i<span class=\" UFICommentActorAndBody\"><span data-ft=\"{&quot;tn&quot;:&quot;K&quot;}\"><span class=\"UFICommentBody\">ndividual twisted cheese pies with filo pastry, topped with yogurt and parsley.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The accompanying film is <a href=\"https:\/\/euraw.com.au\/staging\/3790\/uncle-tony-three-fools-and-the-secret-service-may-19th\/\"><em>Uncle Tony, Three Fools and the Secret Service<\/em><\/a>, a revealing documentary about how Bulgaria has dealt (or not dealt) with secret security files post-communism.<\/p>\n<p>So come and eat some <em>banitsa<\/em> with us, watch a film, break some barriers.
